ORGANISATIONAL GOAL ( PLANNING FOR THE LEADERSHIP)

What is planning? by the definition of the dictionary the control of urban development by a local community to make program. Planning in the leadership is so much important before we do the job. It can help us to save much time than rather we just walk in and do the job. Planning is not just only a person to do the work but it also can get some helpful and get more resource for the program work.
As a good leader he must always listening other ideas so that we can execute the program with efficiency and quality. 

 Overall vision will set the the tone for the rest of the leadership development plan. This kind of thing like you ask the question within you. For example, what should i buy? how much budget left? which price is reasonable. With this type of thinking it can generate more ideas and can cut the unnecessary ideas that need to go with the plan 

Other than that, realistic goal can help us to become a good planner. and a specific action plan with steps to achieve these goals. Be sure to also identify resources (including people) and think about potential obstacles.

Finally, you need to regularly reassess your leadership development plan to keep it relevant. For one thing, plans can – and do - change. There also are times when an event or change means you should rethink. Maybe you’ve had a sudden crisis in your professional or personal life. Maybe you’re unexpectedly faced with an offer you can’t refuse. Maybe you’ve even had a eureka moment.
