Organizational goals are strategic objectives that a management establishes to outline expected outcomes and guide employees' efforts.
There are many advantages to establishing organizational goals:
1. They guide employee efforts
2. Justify a company's activities and existence
3. Define performance standards
4. Provide constraints for pursuing unnecessary goals and function as behavioral incentives.
Influence plays a key role in achieving organisational goal. These are the ways to influence people to achieve organisational goal
1. Respond, don't react
2. Respect the opinion of others
3. Be outgoing
4. Demonstrate interest in others
5. Be an active participant in a discussion
