NEPOTISM

"your effort is paid for, as those who plant they for sure will harvest"

"من جد وجد ومن زرع حصد." Pronounced "man jadda wajad, waman zara'a hasad"

This great saying must be sculptured in our minds and hearts in order to make the difference in life

and to be certain that we are the ones who make the future bright.

When we were young, the words "من جد وجد ومن زرع حصد." Pronounced "man jadda wajad, waman

zara'a hasad" were a motto that our teachers and fathers preserved for us to strive for, and we read a

lot in Arabic classes about the importance of work and perseverance to reach success. The harvest of

our diligence was found throughout the year, and then we grew up and entered the real life. For us,

this phrase remained a motto in our life and acts as a guiding principle. Others saw it as another

obsolete slogan that ended in the time of discrimination and bias.

A friend of mine who believed in this saying until he was in high school stage, and then became

meaningless to him when he did not get what he deserved due to discrimination. He adds: "nepotism

is dominating corporations and establishments in that jobs are not given for people by judging their

ability to work rather

than they are given to them based on how close they are to the management, which frustrated me very much,

So I will teach my children to take their right in the future no matter how it takes and I will teach

them to strive and work, if necessary, they should seek nepotism if they need to because we are in the

time where nepotism takes over"

Mother conscience
a women saw that as a mother she has to teach her children of the importance of seriousness and diligence.

I will teach my children the words "من جد وجد ومن زرع حصد." "man jadda wajad, waman zara'a hasad",

because they are school students, and school is the ideal place to apply this phrase,

"the harder the student studied, the better results he gets". As a mother my duty is to impose

on my children values and principles of the value of work and diligence, but if they discovered

in the future These values are not suitable for their time, this is their business to decide what to do.

Success factors

People see that this phrase applied in schools only. Success in work depends on other factors other

than seriousness and diligence, including nepotism factor, especially in government sectors. Private

sectors might be more encouraging for diligent employees because private sectors are looking for

profit and competent staff.

my friend said "I personally suffered a situation in my work that deprived me of what I deserved because of nepotism, but I accepted it and continued to work hard to continue receiving my salary."

At the end of today's blog i am, from deep in my heart, saying that nepotism should be dealt with as a crime and a serious offence like terrorism and discrimination.
