Over the year we observe that number of
smokers are increasing. Most of them are at my age and im surrounded by
smokers.
But that doesn’t means that they are heavy
smoker tho few of them try to quit smoking. Here I want to share ways to quit
smoking maybe could them.

to plan their smoking habit by means of reducing consumption of cigarette, in
this case they can refer to the clinic, pharmacies or any other agencies.

Stay busy

Stay busy is a great way to
stay smokefree on your quit day. Being busy help you mind off from smoking.
Here are the things to keep you busy.

Exercise

Go for a walk

Chew gum or candy
iv.
Keep your hand busy with
playing game

Drink a lot of water

Watch movie
