Over the year we observe that number of smokers are increasing. Most of them are at my age and im surrounded by smokers.
But that doesn’t means that they are heavy smoker tho few of them try to quit smoking. Here I want to share ways to quit smoking maybe could them.

a.       most of smoker don’t know how to plan their smoking habit by means of reducing consumption of cigarette, in this case they can refer to the clinic, pharmacies or any other agencies.
2.       Stay busy
a.       Stay busy is a great way to stay smokefree on your quit day. Being busy help you mind off from smoking. Here are the things to keep you busy.
                                                               i.      Exercise
                                                             ii.      Go for a walk
                                                            iii.      Chew gum or candy
                                                           iv.      Keep your hand busy with playing game
                                                             v.      Drink a lot of water
                                                           vi.      Watch movie
                                                          vii.      Avoid smoking area or smoker (in a good manner)
3.       Avoid smoking trigger

a.       Trigger is the condition lead you to smoke like people, places, things and situation. On your quit day, try to avoid all of triggers. Here are some tips to helps you:
                                                               i.      Throw your smoking kits lighter cigarette, tobacco, rolling paper
                                                             ii.      Avoid caffeine which can make you feel jjittery
                                                            iii.      Spend time with non smoker
                                                           iv.      Go to places which not allowed to smoke
                                                             v.      Get sufficient rest and eat healthy food
                                                           vi.       
4.       Be positive
