Ouh wait why some of us have a nice looking teeth and some not?
Do you that Humans have only two sets of teeth in their entire lifetime, which are baby teeth and permanent teeth. Once you have your permanent teeth, make sure you take good care of them. Chill~ coz I will share some protips on taking care of your teeth.
1.     Go on white teeth diet.
·        Whatever coloured food goes into your mouth its probably stain your teeth. So immediately brush your teeth after eating  or drink such food to remove the stain.


2.     Change your brush
·        You cant use the same brush forever. Change your brush at least 2 to 3 months or whenever the fibre become improper. Otherwise you just transferring the bacteria. According to Beverly Hills dentist Harold Katz, D.D.S., the best way to brush is by placing your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your gums and gently moving it in a circular motion, rather than a back-and-forth motion. Grip the toothbrush like a pencil so you won't scrub too hard, and make sure to avoid these other toothbrushing mistakes.


3.     Clean your tongue
·        Clean your tongue every morning using brush. Use a tongue scraper every morning to remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath. One major cause of bad breath is the buildup of bacteria on the tongue, which a daily tongue scraping will help banish


4.     Eat detergent food
·        Food that are firm and crisp help to clean  teeth as the eaten.  Such apple,raw carrots, celery, and popcorn. For best results, make "detergent" foods the final food you eat in your meal if you know you won't be able to brush your teeth right after eating.

5.     Brush your teeth with baking soda weekly.
·        Brushing with baking soda will help to remove all the stain and whiten your teeth. You also can use salt instead but be sure to spit it. Don’t want to count it as sodium intake.



6.     Stay fresh
·        Lick your palm to check your mouth freshness, if you smell something then its time to sugar free breath mint. One more thing choose the non alcohol mouth freshener. Alcohol in the mouth freshener can dry out the tissues in your mouth, making them more susceptible to bacteria.

7.     Floss your teeth with your eyes closed.
·        If you can flossing without having any guide. You can floss your teeth everywhere, in the car, at desk, before meeting.


8.    
Brush your teeth before and after sleep
·        That’s because saliva (which keeps cavity-causing plaque off teeth) dries up at night, so it’s best to have all plaque cleaned off the teeth before sleep. It is important to keep your mouth fresh in the morning.

9.     Ladies
·        Ladies: Choose a medium coral or light red lipstick. These colors make your teeth look whiter, whereas lighter-colored lipsticks tend to bring out the yellow in teeth.
