 Planning is the process of thinking about the activities / action that is required to successfully complete a goal. It involves a creation and maintenance of a plan to ensure that the plan is successfully completed. There are even some test to measure someone’s capability of planning such as, planning is a fundamental property of intelligent behavior. An important further meaning, just called a ‘planning’ is a legal content of permitted building developments
Planning is also has a specific process and it is necessary for multiple occupation particularly in management level or operating level fields. In each field there are different type of plans that help companies to achieve their goals. There are even some group of people that don’t even the importance of planning before making a decision and that kind of thinking can lead a failure to the objective.

1.Choosing a destination
2. Evaluating alternatives routes
3. Deciding the specific course of plan


In organizations, planning can become a management process, concerned with defining goals, managers may develop plans such as a business plan or a marketing plan. Planning always has a purpose. The purpose may involve the achievement of certain goals or targets
