STREET WORKOUT





                Most of us thought that workout on can be done in gym with all the heavy lift equipment. Hi I’ Akmal Razak I would like to share about street workout which is trending today among teens.

                Do you ever tried monkey bar during your childhood???

                For bar street workout, we only use a single bar to do exercise. Normally it is practiced at the outdoor park or anywhere with a single bar. As I mention out door park , its means that you can do these exercise for free. And im sure it is the best choice for the teenagers to workout without paying gym fee for example.

                Furthermore it will unite people workout at the outdoor park. There will be sharing the procedure and posture to do bar exercise. No need to be shy when you start these exercise.








                More than workout !!

Beside workout you can also learn to do some powerful skill. It start with muscle up, back lever, fornt lever, human flags, one arm pull-ups and a dizzying array of flips and jumps. It will be more interesting workout. Now more and more new skills coming up !

Workout procedure will remains same guys dont get too excited till you forget your limit and end up will muscle injuries. normally your hand will get rough due to friction at the bar suggestion for beginner , start workout with glove.
